Departing Brisbane March 29 2014, via Singapore Airlines, the tour travels via Singapore (Changi Airport) then onto Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) arriving early evening of the 29th.
The group visits the Mekong for an overnight stay, heading back to Saigon for two nights.
Then a drive north east to Phan Thiet and Mui Ne for a night before moving on to Nha Trang for overnight. Weather permitting, we visit the famous salt fields of Doc Let before flying onto Da Nang in Central Vietnam then Hoi An to enjoy this historic township for two nights.
From Hoi An we travel via air to Hanoi for two nights before moving out into the country for an overnight home stay.
Then via rail we travel overnight to Lao Cai on the Vietnamese/Chinese border in the north to then drive up into the mountains for a two night stay in Sapa. From Sapa we travel to Bac Ha for an overnight in preparation for an early start at the Bac Ha markets.
That evening we are back at Lao Cai for our overnight return rail trip to Hanoi.
A night to rest up in Hanoi before travelling east to Ninh Binh for a night then onto Halong Bay to conclude our tour with two nights on board our junk.
Back to Hanoi for a final night before our return flight Hanoi to Singapore/Brsibane arriving home early morning on April 20.
Tours are for a minimum of six and maximum of twelve persons.
